NIAKWA'S AVAILABILITY JANUARY 1-2, 2000

What impact will the Year 2000 bug have on January 1, 2000? Ask ten people, and you will get ten different answers, ranging from "nothing" to "complete societal meltdown."

Due to the unpredictable nature of the situation, and the possibility that customers will need help with Niakwa products, Niakwa personnel will be available for extended hours during this time.

Friday, December 31 and Monday, January 3: Niakwa will not be closed for a New Year's Holiday, but each day only half the staff will be on duty.

Saturday, January 1 and Sunday, January 2: between the hours of 8am and 5pm US Central Time, Niakwa phone lines will be open, with the Technical Support and Order Desk extensions active and at least one person on duty at each. Technical Support, Resets and User Limit increase codes will be available. As Federal Express, TNT Skypak and UPS will be closed January 1and 2, no shipments will be available.

For this reason, you may want to consider having additional stock on hand for emergencies. A single-user Windows RTP can be changed to any of our higher user levels via a simple activation code.

In addition, Niakwa's internal systems have been tested and are Year 2000 Ready. If you are concerned about the readiness of your NPL software, please visit our website at
http://www.niakwa.com. Our Year 2000 Readiness Statement will help you determine if your NPL software is Year 2000 Ready or if an upgrade is required.

We hope this plan reassures you that Niakwa is doing all we can to be prepared to serve you through this situation. If you need more details on our year-end handling of emergency support or orders, please call or e-mail us at
info@niakwa.com
